Who we are

Happy Reppy ("we", "us") provides a lead-dispatch tool used by home-services and construction companies. When you use Happy Reppy as part of your employer's account, that company is the controller of the data and we act as its processor.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, role, and organization for owners, managers, and reps.
  • Lead data uploaded by the customer: end-customer name, address, phone, email, job type, notes, and result. This is provided by the customer company; we do not collect it directly from end customers.
  • Rep location: approximate location while a rep is marked available, used to place them on the dispatch map. Snapped to a coarse grid before being shown to managers.
  • Usage / diagnostic data: minimal logs used to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

Only to operate, secure, and improve the Service; to bill Customer; and to send SMS notifications to reps who have opted in. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data with sub-processors that help run the Service (hosting, database, payment processing, SMS). Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Retention

We retain Customer data for the life of the account. After termination we may delete it after a reasonable retention window unless legally required to keep it longer.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on managed infrastructure with row-level isolation between customer companies. No online service is perfectly secure; Customer is responsible for its account credentials.

Your choices

If you use Happy Reppy through your employer, please direct data requests (access, correction, deletion) to your employer, who controls the data. We will assist them as required by law.

Location & notifications

When a rep marks themselves Available inside the Happy Reppy mobile app, the app collects the device's location so managers can dispatch nearby leads. In the native iOS and Android apps, this collection continues while the app is in the background so a rep who has just marked Available can put their phone down and drive. Location collection stops immediately when a rep sets their status to Busy or Off, when they sign out, or when they revoke the OS-level location permission for the app.

Managers never see a rep's exact coordinates. Locations are snapped to a coarse grid (roughly a three-mile area) before being displayed on the dispatch map, and are cleared from our servers when the rep goes off shift.

Rep locations are retained only while a rep is Available. The most recent approximate point is overwritten by each subsequent update, and is deleted when the rep sets Off, signs out, or leaves the organization.

To deliver lead assignments, the native app also registers a push notification token with Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). These tokens are opaque device identifiers and are stored only to route notifications to the correct device. Signing out removes the token from our servers.

SMS

Reps opt in to SMS notifications inside the app and can revoke consent at any time by turning off the opt-in setting.
